Max  Perimeter = 100 + 2(25√8)

If a right-angled triangle is inscribed in a circle then the hypotenuse must be a diameter.

 

I can prove it with calculus but the longest perimeter will be when the other two sides are equal. Let them be x

 

100^2 = 2x^2

 

solve for x then find the perimeter.
