I'm pretty sure the theorem is called "same side consecutive angle theorem" or something like that but basically the other side of the "x" and 65 degrees is 180 - 120.
x = 180 - (180 - 120) - 65
= 180 - 60 - 65
= 120 - 65
= 55o
