In quadrilateral $PQRS$, $PQ = QR = RS = SP$, $PR = \sqrt{2}$, and $QS = \sqrt{2}$. Find the perimeter of $PQRS$.

We know that the diagnols are both sqrt2 so we know that this shape is a square with diagonal length sqrt 2 and since it is a square all sides are equal in length meaning that the side lengths are 1 and the perimeter is 4
