The vertices of a square are the centers of four circles as shown below. Given each side of the square is 6cm and the radius of each circle is 2√3cm, find the area in square centimeters of the shaded region. (The answer is in the form a - b√c - dπ but it wanted the answer in the form a+b+c+d)

The shaded area is 36 - 6*sqrt(3) - 8*pi, so the answer is 36 + 6 + 3 + 8 = 53.
