The area of a trapezoid can be computed as : A = ((b + B) * h ) ÷ 2

 b= base

B= area of base

A=area

h=height

If you place the vertices of the trapezoid, you'll notice that b=2, B=6 and h=4.  So it would be

((2+6) * 4) ÷ 2 =16

The answer is 16
