Given the following function, find h (-3)
h(x)=3x^2+4
How do you slove this? I put it in my calculator and it gave me 40. The correct answer was 31. Can anyone relpy with the steps of soliving this question?

3x^2+4 ......sub -3 for x and we have
3 (-3)^2 + 4 =
3(9) + 4 =
27 + 4 =
31
