-4√(x - 3)   < - 8      divide both sides by  - 4   and reverse the inequality sign

 

√[x - 3]  >  2         square both sides

 

x - 3  >  4            add 3 to both sides

 

x >  7

 

And you have it graphed correctly  !!!!!
