Start with the intercepts and draw a line through them.
Since this inequality is <=, the line is solid to indicated that it DOES include the points on the line.
...
y intercept is -1, plot (0, -1)
...
x intercept is where y = 0
0 = 2x-1
1 = 2x
x = 1/2
plot (1/2, 0)
...
Draw the solid line connecting the intercepts and shade the area below (<) the line.
