Substitute the values you are given to find the other value of the ordered pair to be graphed:

you have  one point   x=(  , 0)     if you substitute '0' for y in the equation you will get   2x=-4   or  x= -2

so the first orderd pair to be graphed is   (-2,0)

 

Do the same theing for the other given  y=(0, )   to get    2y= -4    y= -2       so the second orderd pair

 to be graphed is  (0,-2)......

Graph these two points and draw the line through them......
