there are lots of ways.
What do you want to use it for, do you want to print it out and use it like graph paper.?
I am not sure if you can do it with Web2 - you might be able to.
You sould be able to do it with an online graphing calc called Desmos Graphing calculator
or you could download a program called GeoGebra. You could do it there I think.
If you tell me exactly what you want it for - and I have time - i will take a better look.
