Assume that $f(3) = 4$. Name a point that must be on the graph of $y= 1/5*f(5x + 5) - 5$.

5x + 5   =    3

5x  = -2

x  = -2/5

So

(1/5) f( 5x + 5)  - 5  =

(1/5)f(5 (-2/5) + 5) - 5   =

(1/5) f(3) -  5   =

(1/5) (4)  - 5   =

-21/5

The point is   (-2/5, - 21/5)
