Gretchen made a paper cone to hold a friend's gift. The paper cone was 15inches high and had a radius of 3 inches find the volume of the paper cone to the nearest tenth. Use 3.14 for pie. .. I need help,on this btw
Why do you need help?
A cone is a circluar pyramid.
The volume of any pyramid is 1/3 the volume of the corresponding prism.
The volume of any prism is the are of ther base times by the height.
The area of thr circlular base is pi*r^2
So now you should be able to work it out.
Post your working (not just answer) and I will check if you want :)
