2 h2 o2  =  2 h20 + o2

if you are trying to balance the equation for the breakdown of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen

\(H_2O_2\rightarrow H_2O+O_2\\ 2H_2O_2\rightarrow 2H_2O + O_2\)

Does that mean every 2 molecules of hydrogen peroxide will break down into 2 molucules of water and 1 molecule of oxygen gas?

Sorry for only knowing how to balance an equation LOL

Yep, Max.....that is what it means....you got it!     Hydrogen peroxide is often used in rocket fuels and bombs as an oxygen source.
