whats 3rs^4??? simplified=(3rs)^4=12r^4s^4. And, there you have it.

Remember that with order of operation you have to do powers before you multiply   :)

 

It is not (3rs)^4

it is 3rs^4  which means 3r(s^4)

it cannot be simplified.
