Two cars travel at the same speed to different destinations.Car A reaches its destination in 17 minutes. Car B reaches its destination in 32 minutes. Car B travels 12 miles farther than car A. How fast do the cars travel?

S * 17/60 =D,    
S * 32/60 =D+12, solve for D, S
S = 48 mph - the speed of the 2 cars
D =13.6 miles driven by one car
13.6 + 12 =25.6 miles driven by the 2nd car.
