A triangular prism and two nets are shown:
Which is the correct net of the prism and what is the surface area of the prism?
PLEASE EXPLAIN
To calculate the surface area is basicall calculating area all that is neccessary is for you too look where the values line up find the area's and add them I will help you get in to the right direction though I will Identify for you what you need to multiply You should be becoming familar with how to do this.
Right triangle \(5 * 12 = area\)
Right triangle \(5 * 12 = area\)
Rectangle that slants along the hypnotuse \(13 * 15 = area\)
Rectangle under the prism \(12 * 15 = area\)
Rectangle in the back of the prism \(5 * 15 = area\)
All you have to do is add products of these problems and tell me what you get.....
Edited answer: Oh now I see yes good that is the answer I though you were doing one at a time okay yes now try to determine the second problem
For the second part I will give you a hint: Look at the hyptoptuse on the right triangles how long is the rectangle on there???
Ha 9 just relized the triangles are supposed to be times once and then divided by 1/2 is that what I am supposed to do??
Are you writing for points or for the sake of acting like I didn't just tell you that XD????
