I need help in Hydrostatic force on immersed inclined surface question.

A gate is hinged at the top, with hight 0.8 and width 1.2, at an angle of 30 degrees to the vertical. The angle to the sides of a trapezoidal river channel.

A) Find the hydrostatic force on the gate and the vertical distance between the centroid G and centre of pressure P  where the river level is 0.1 m above the hinge of the gate. Answers given are 4.21x10^3 and 0.090 m. Is this to find average force or resultant force?

B) If the river level increases to 2 meters what is the force and GP now? Has GP increased or decreased and how?

Doesn't this forum answer questions? But I saw many answered.

Rosala can answer this question. She probably just missed it in all the clutter.

Not many people can answer physics questions.

If you repost maybe you will have more success.
