The scale factor of the smaller box to the larger   =   ∛ [ 27 /64]  =  3/4

The surface area  of the smaller box =

(surface area of larger box) * (scale factor)^2  =

(160) * (3/4)^2  =

(160) * 9/16  =

90 in^2
