f(-2) =  -1/2 +  (-1/2 / (1-1/2) )

        = - 1/2  +  ( -1) = - 3/2      

 

 

for the second part sub in   -2/3    for     x-1

you got it wrong the second part should have been -3/2 instead of -2/3 the answer is -8/3
