The largest x that is not in the domain of g(x) = f(f(x)) is x = 9.

Let f(x) = (1/x) -3. Find the largest x that is not in the domain of g(x) = f(f(x))

x cannot equal 0

and

(1/x)-3 cannot equal 0 either

\(\frac{1}{x}-3\ne0\\ \frac{1}{x} \ne 3\\\ x\ne \frac{1}{3} \)

x can't be 0 or 1/3

1/3 is the biggest.

Check out my graph:

the green graph is g(x)
