In the diagram below, quadrilateral BAED is a parallelogram, and BD = BC. If angle DBC = 28˚, then find angle EAB, in degrees.

We see that since BDC is an iscosoles triangle, so therefore angle BDC = angle BCD = x.

 

28 + 2x = 180

2x = 152

x = 76

 

From here, we see that angle EDB = 180 - 76 = 104

 

Since we are talking about a parallelogram, angle EDB = angle EAB = 104
