\(x^2 + y^2 = 2x - 6y - 10x + 14y + 88\\ x^2 + y^2 = - 8x + 8y + 88\\ x^2 +8x+ y^2-8y = 88\\ x^2 +8x+ y^2-8y = 88\\ x^2 +8x+16+ y^2-8y +16= 88+16+16\\ (x+4)^2+(y-4)^2=120\)

This is a circle with a radius of sqrt120

So

 \(A=\pi *120\\ A=120\pi\)
