a(b + c) + 2(b + c)

Take out the common factor,  (b + c), and  write back what's left...so we have.....

(b + c) (a + 2)

cool cool cool

You would distribute a into te first group and 2 into the second group.

ab+ac+2b+2c would be the final answer, I think.
