Sort from the smallest to the largest:

 

(1 / 40,   3 / 5,   2 / 3,   3 / 4,   7 / 9,   5 / 6,   19 / 20,   9 / 8)

 

[9/8  -  1/40] =1.10 - difference between the smallest and the largest.
