I am taking an educated guess and saying 121. I say that caue im saying line x is 1 unit away from ABCD's side and line z is 1 unit away from ABCD's side. And the across lines x, y, and z is 9 and the 2 units away from the sides for lines x and z makes 9+2=11 for the side length and 11x11=121

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Area = 42 + 52 = 41 square units
