I believe there is a formula for this that is similar to Heron's
s = ( 15 + 36 + 39) / 2 = 90/ 2 = 45
Area = (4/3) sqrt [ s ( s - m1) (s - m2) (s - m3) ] =
(4/3) sqrt [ 45 * 30 * 9 * 6 ] =
360 units^2
