The diagram shows an isosceles triange ABE and a qudrilateral BCDE.  AD is a straight line.

 

Calculate the value of p and the value of q.

P is in an isoc triangle ...so two angles are equal    and   all three sum to 180

  from the diagram there are two angles = 62

      180 - 62 - 62 = p

 

The quadrilateral    has 4 angles which sum to 360

      the angle at E = 180 - 62    ( because they form a straight line)

                   (180 - 62)        + 90    +   132       +   q   = 360                          You should be able to finish from here !
