Find the maximum value, mid-line, and amplitude. I got the minimum value, frequency, and period.

I think there is information missing here. Like maybe the top line represents y=0.... 

If so then   the amplitude looks to be approximately 1. The mid-line would  be y=-2 and the Maximum would be at y= -1

 

The maximums will be at  \((50\pm120k,-1) \qquad k\in Z\)
