line contains (-2,1) and (-3,3)

(y - 1)/(x + 2) = (y - 3)/(x + 3)

(y - 1)(x + 3) = (y - 3)(x + 2)

xy - x + y - 3 = xy - 3x + 2y - 6

2x - y + 3 = 0

Equation of line in standard form: 2x - y = -3
