sin (theta)  =  -1/sqrt (5)        cos (theta)  =  2/sqrt (5)

sin  (2 theta)  =   2sin (theta)cos(theta)  = 2  (-1/sqrt (5)) ( 2/sqrt (5) )  =   -4/5

cos (2 theta)  =   cos^2(theta)  - sin^2(theta)  =  (2/sqrt (5))^2  - (-1/sqrt (5))^2  =  (4/5) - (1/5)  = 3/5

tan ( 2 theta)  =    sin (2 theta)  / cos ( 2 theta)  =    (-1/sqrt (5) ) / (2/sqrt (5))   =    -1/2
