Help Me, please 

Solve the Variation problem. Round the Decimal answer to the tenths place.

 

The Volume of a gas varies Inversely as the pressure upon it. if the Volume of the gas is 160 cubic centimeters at a pressure of 108 centimeters,  find the Volume when the pressure is 87 centimeters

160 x 108 =87 x V

V =[160 x 108] / 87

V =17,280 / 87

V =198.6 - Cubic cm - the volume of the gas

Inverse variation   ⇒    V  = k / P

 

160  = k / 108

 

160 * 108  = k

 

 

So

 

 

V  = (160 * 108) / 87

 

V   ≈  198.62 cm^3
