I assume we want the positive square root...so we can  write

√ 121y²           √ 121        √ y²                         11 y 

 _____  =      _____    *   ____       =            ______

√ 64x⁶              √ 64          √ x⁶                        8 x³

The only thing that might give you trouble is this :

  √ x⁶    =   ( x⁶ )^1/2    =  x³
