(sqrt(10)+sqrt(2))^2. Expand:

 

(sqrt(10) + sqrt(2))^2 = 2 + 2 sqrt(5) + 2 sqrt(5) + 10 = 12 + 4 sqrt(5):
4 sqrt(5) + 12

 

Factor 4 out of 12 + 4 sqrt(5) giving 4 (sqrt(5) + 3):

4 (sqrt(5) + 3)
