What does it mean to round to the nearest cent..?

EX: Round to the nearest cent.

$34.125
Select one:
a. $34.00
b. $34.10
c. $34.12
d. $34.13

[size=150]It would be answer D because nearst one closes would be the .13 because, .125 even though its in the middle of .120 and .130 think of it this way it can't go back 5 since it already passed it so it has to go forward. Unless of course it was of course less then the .125 but still above .120 then it would be the .12 answer[/size].
