whats the area of a circle with the center at (9,-5) and (2,-5)

A cirlcle can only have one center.....I think you must mean that these points are on the circle........

Assuming that these points are end points of a diameter......the diameter  is 7  units in length.....therefore,  the radius  is

[9 - 2] / 2  = 7 / 2   =  3.5  units

So.....assuming the above is accurate......the area is :

pi (radius)^2    =  pi  (3.5)^2  ≈  38.4845   square units
