The speed at which electrons moves through a semiconductor relates to their mobility, U. The
temperature dependence T of U is complicated but for many semiconductors, U shows the following
relationship:
U = kT^3/2

where k represents a collection of constants. Write a differential expression for howchanges with
temperature (dU/dT).

Really need help with this question, my teacher is ill so I cant ask for help and its due in for the 21st january D:

Should the 3/2 be in brackets?

U = kT^(3/2) where k is a constant

dU/dT = 3k/2 * t^(1/2)
