I shall answer the question that you have asked - it is most likely not the question you intended but I am trying to get people to uses brackets properly.  SO

ask your question again on this thread if you would like to correct it by inserting brackets.

Solve for t over the real numbers:
15.9662^(3 t) = 30

15.9662^(3 t) = (207561/13000)^(3 t):
(207561/13000)^(3 t) = 30

Take the logarithm base 207561/13000 of both sides:
3 t = (log(30))/(log(207561/13000))

Divide both sides by 3:
Answer: |
 | t = (log(30))/(3 log(207561/13000)) =0.40921938......etc.
