$$m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}=\frac{7-4}{-5-(-5)}=\frac{3}{0}=\infty$$

$$The\ slope\ of\ the\ line\ is\color{blue}\ \infty.$$

$$The\ function\ straight\ is\ a\ vertical.$$

It could equally well be - infinity.

So I would call it undefined.
