Each revolution  that  the wheel  makes  it  will travel   2pi (diameter  / 2)  =   pi*diameter  = .65*pi

 

So.....the  number  of revolutions turned in  1000m  =

 

1000 / [ pi * .65  ]   ≈  489.7  revs
