There are two points on the coordinate plane: \(A (x_1, y_1)\) and \(B (x_2, y_2)\). Find all the possible coordinates of the point D, such that D is on the line AB and the distance between B and D is one third of that between A and B.

(There are supposed to be 2 sets of possible coordinates for D)

Thanks!!

The two points are (-2x_1 + x_2, -2y_1 + y_2) and ((2x_1 + x_2)/3, (2y_1 + y_2)/3).
