So for these kind of problems you need to take the functions and multiply them together. Since f(x) is -3x^3+4 and g(x) is -8x^2+2x you'll be multiplying like so:

 

(-3x^3 + 4)(-8x^2+2x)

 

You should be able to go on from here. Tell what you got and I can check it.
