Solve for \(x: 4x^{1/3}-2 \cdot \frac{x}{x^{2/3}}=7+\sqrt[3]{x}\).

Multiply all terms by \(x^{2/3}\)  (and remember that the cube root of x is the same as x1/3).

 

Make use of the fact that \(x^a\times x^b=x^{a+b} \)

 

Collect like terms together.

 

Solve the resulting equation for x.
