\((y+2)^2 = 10^2 + y^2 \\ y^2 + 4y + 4 = 100+y^2\\ 4y+4=100 \\ 4y=96 \\ y=24\)

(2+y)^2=10^2+y^2 y=24

(2+24)^2=10^2+24^2

26^2=100+576

676=676
