As in the last one...get the powers on 10 the same.......

 

.176 x 10^18   =   17.6  x 10^16  = A

22.13  x 10^16   =  B

 

B - A   =   [22.13  - 17.6 ] x 10 ^16   =   4.53  x 10^16 km

Distance from Earth, to Star A: 0.176*10^18

Distance from Earth, to Star B: 22.13*10^16

So, 17.6*10^16 and 22.13*10^16. So, (22.13-17.6)*10^16= 4.53 *10^16 km.
