\(\dfrac{7 - y}{-1 - (-6)} = \dfrac{-2 - y}{3 - (-6)} \text{ (why?)}\\ \dfrac{7 - y}5 = \dfrac{y + 2}{-9}\\ 9y - 63 = 5y + 10\\ 4y = 73\\ y = \dfrac{73}4 \)
