The quadratic ax^2 + bx + c can be expressed in the form 2(x - 4)^2 - 8.  When the quadratic 3a^2 + 2bx + c is expressed in the form n(x - h)^2 + k, what is h?

ax2 + bx + c = 2(x - 4)2 - 8 = 2(x2 - 8x + 16) - 8 = 2x2 - 16x + 24 => a = 2, b = -16, c = 24.

Rewriting 3ax2 + 2bx + c as 6x2 - 32x + 24 = 6(x2 - 32x/6 + 4) = 6(x2 - 16x/3 + 4) = 6(x - 8/3)2 - (26/3)

n = 6, h = 8/3, k = -26/3
