I am new to this forum and i am looking for a help. I would be greatful if anyone can help me with this issue.I am working in one of the Business video marketing agency, and wanted to create an addon that puts an easy to use multi-purpose scientific and graphing calculator/converter into a sidebar that can be toggled with a toolbar button.I want to create an add-on that uses a toolbar button to toggle a sidebar, but I'm only putting in the sidebar a simple html calculator from web2.0calc site .Anyway, I used the Add-on Packager to start off, but opening up the .zip file the only thing I recognized was the file structure and some coding. I'm confused about where to begin, although I know what the different files do in theory. Since I could only figure out how to make the icon work, there's no use sharing the code. If you're interested, when I used the Add-on Packager I made the package compatible with all versions of all Mozilla products and checked the boxes labeled "About dialog," "Toolbar button," and "Sidebar support." This is supposed to be an extremely simple and lightweight add-on. Can anyone help me?
