volume of cylinder = (area of base) * (height)

2π * radius = circumference

2π * radius = 18π

radius = (18π)/(2π)

radius =    9    feet

volume of cylinder = (π * 92) * (10)     cubic ft

volume of cylinder = (π * 81) * 10       cubic ft

volume of cylinder = 810π                  cubic ft

volume of cylinder ≈ 2544.690           cubic ft
