It's not wrong.....!!!!

We look to the digit past the first 9....since this is 2, we leave the 9 as it is......

I'm not sure why it says it's wrong. Something must be wrong with the Math website if it's not accepting my answer. I did another 0.8190 and my answer 81.90 was accepted. 

That looks like a different question.

In your second case, it appears that you have been asked to convert to a percentage (to two decimal places).

Is it possible to convert the 0.1929 ? 

.1929  = 19.29%
