i assume the line plot is the % difference, the orginal 95% vs 92% has a difference of 3%,
the 10 random values center around 3% and 3% has the most occurances of the 10.
the average value for the 10 is 2.9%, so that is within .1 of the orginal 3%
so it should be significant, not sure what criteria you are supposed to use?
